Download the official registration form, complete it, and bring it to the office at 5830 Overhill Drive. This is where your Social Security Number and signature are collected — never online.

What Happens Next
From Form to First Class

Usually the same day. We confirm the course, your eligibility, and the total fee.

You Pay
We accept Zelle. Payment details are given over the phone — never posted online.

You Train
Classroom at our LA office, or online and self-paced. Certificate of Training on completion.
