Our Mission

Founded August 2011, MSTA serves new applicants seeking California Guard Card, PSO Card, PSE Card, and Permit for Exposed Firearm — as well as active license holders pursuing additional and continuing education.
We provide quality, comprehensive, hands-on training per California Assembly Bill 2880, Senate Bill 194, and B&PC 7585, in full compliance with BSIS Laws, Rules and Regulations. Our trainers are BSIS-licensed former Peace Officers with extensive Public and Private Law Enforcement Operations experience.
All students are trained and treated equally — regardless of gender, national origin, race, sexual or religious preference, or past criminal history — and receive a Certificate of Training upon successful completion. Every graduate who earns their BSIS license is provided with viable employment leads.
