Refund Policy
Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled individually. Please reach out as early as possible so we can work with you.

Cancellation & Reschedule
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible — ideally at least 48 hours before your scheduled class. Early notice gives another student the opportunity to take your seat and allows us to accommodate you on a future date with minimal disruption.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Factors we consider include how much notice was given, whether range time or third-party fees (PSI Assessment, ASHI/AHA certification fees, etc.) have already been incurred, and whether the seat can be filled by another student.
- Range fees (Firearm Qualification training) may be non-refundable once range time has been reserved on your behalf.
- Third-party fees paid to BSIS, PSI, ASHI/AHA, or other agencies are not refunded by MSTA.
- No-shows without prior notice typically forfeit the training fee. Contact us if extenuating circumstances apply.
- Course credits (applying your fee toward a future session) are usually available even when a cash refund is not.
Class Cancellations by MSTA
If MSTA cancels a class due to weather, instructor availability, or other operational reasons, registered students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to the next available session at no additional cost.
